Fire Systems Compliance Inspections

Many residential blocks are unmanned and there is a statutory requirement on Management Companies and Freeholders to undertake regular safety checked of the fire systems within a buildings. Hurstwood Properties offer a bespoke inspection and reporting service that can be tailored to individual needs. A typical Fire Systems inspection may include routine Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting and AOV testing. We also offer clients fire door inspection and servicing contracts which ensure that your buildings are compliant and that defects are highlighted quickly to mitigate any potential risk.

Communal Cleaning

When your customers enter a communal area they step into the entrance to their home. At Hurstwood Properties we ensure that the buildings we look after are cleaned to the finest detail. We operate a window cleaning service and are able to offer this service for buildings up to six stories in height via a reach and wash system.
